We have created a portal through which the user generates his travel request. Mode of travel, preferred class, accommodation, etc will be filled by the user. Once the request is submitted it will go through certain approvers which get selected based on his city and department. If the user needs a travel advance, he can request that with the same request. Once the request goes to admin he does all the arrangements mentioned in the request like train/bus tickets, accommodation, etc., and attaches those tickets or booking receipts to the same request so that the user can get those easily. For user and approver information a mail is getting triggered to the next level approver and user so that they can be aware of the request.
